Through this guarantee, we will keep providing revisions until the customer is fully satisfied. As part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, we provide free coordination and help for off-set printing services of the designs we provide. Our trained customer support staff coordinates with the printing services providers, nominated by our customers and also provides any technical support they require. Moreover, as part of our satisfaction guarantee, the moment a customer places an order at our site, we will allot a dedicated Graphic Design Consultant to him. The Graphic Design Consultant will guide the customer and answer for all his queries or concerns before and after placing an order. A refund may be issued if a customer is unhappy with the initial design samples and can only be refunded if the customer has not requested additional revisions. There is no long term agreement on our monthly website packages and we will be in charge fo the maintenance and edits of the site. Customers may contact us via email or phone to make these changes. As soon as the first payment has been made, we will contact the customer and provide a free consultation as well as assistance in choosing a domain name. Once the website is completed, we will submit it to all major search engines and make all the necessary tweaking to make sure the website is found based on the customers' geographical market. The website will remain active as long as the customer continues to make the monthly payments on time. If the customer defaults on the payment, the website will be suspended within the following 30 days until the customer pays the balance owed. If the customer decides to discontinue the service, the files for the website will only be delivered if the customer has paid a full year of service + a $99 Transfer fee. After 1 Year, the website has been payed and the customer can keep the website up and running for a yearly hosting fee of $99.

Concept Media Designs guarantees a minimum number of top ten listings in one or more of the 12 major search engines within 9 months of completion date. Most search engines will index your page in approximately 3 months, but it takes more time to gain popularity and ranking needed to achieve competitive phrases. Search Engines include: AOL, Alltheweb,Yahoo, ask.com, Google, Looksmart, iwon, Hotbot, Lycos, MSN, Bing, Netscape and Altavista. We can guarantee top 10 across all major search engines within a 6 month time frame. The guarantee is full money back, subject to these and other terms and conditions of our service agreement, provided at the 9 month mark from the date of completion if n results are obtained. Concept Media Designs will not be help liable for any lost profits or other incidental or consequential damages arising from the Search Engine optimization service provided.

Logo Registration

As we are not a patent service, we do not provide logo registrations. As we have our client’s best interest in mind, our intentions to make original Logo is our top priority. No responsibility is taken for a design which may be in use at present. Nevertheless, as we are all about customer support, we are ready to modify the Logo free of cost – up to 3 modifications – with the condition that you inform us about the predicament within three months of your payment.
